I always carry a protein bar in my gym bag or grab a light snack before the gym. Black coffee helps too, haha

Leave oats in milk, greek yogurt and frozen fruit in jar overnight for atleast 8 hours. Add protein powder if you want...

I'm not competing, but I take Cellucor Bcaa's too. Take it during weights or playing hockey. I have not been sore the next day, ever since I started taking them!

@linzi1985uk I tore my right Achilles 11 years ago. My physio therapist gave me Thera bands to work the calf muscle and Achilles back to strength. Do basic stretches at home

Results? If you are trying to lose weight, elliptical helps but what you eat is more important. You need to be at a caloric deficit

I have cut back on red meat since prices have gone up. Buy bulk chicken from costco, sweet potatoes wherever is cheapest, canned tuna.
