I realized I was right hand dominate in barbell exercises many years ago (I'm old). Then, I switched to dumb bells and it has helped even out both arms now. Example. Bench press

To alleviate pressure off your foot, you might want to look at a TRX system for your home gym. The trx system let's you put your feet in the holders, while you are on your back or chest.

What do u eat all day? If you eat healthy all day prior to gym , then your body should be good during and after workout. So u don't binge eat after workout.

Hemp seeds are also high in good fat and protein. Add them to salads, yogurt, oatmeal. Find them at costco or Amazon website

I just made a chicken breast and Spinach quiche today in a pie pan. 7 to 8 brown large eggs. Roughly 250 calories? per slice, depends how big your slices are. Adding cheese will increase calories
