  • THIS IS AWESOME!! Wow! I think I will make 4 workout days my goal for the week. I did Hammer Plyometrics and it was tough! My bands haven't come in yet so I had to modify that section as well as the times with the bench but it was still hard. Totally out of my comfort zone!!
