I joined a fitness center called FARRELLS. They taught me how to eat and what to eat. I started eating smaller portions about 5-6 times a day (every 2 hours roughly). I cut out ALL processed foods. I cut out 90% of my sugar intake including artificial sweeteners. I stopped drinking Pop/Coffee or anything else w/ caffeine.…
