I started May 11th and I've lost 19lb so far. I definitely had no appetite during my first month, and I still don't have much of one, but I make myself follow a schedule and a protein heavy diet as well. I plan my meals, and have protein yogurt as well as shakes readily available.

I'm 29 and I've been trying to lose weight for a few years now, I'm finally on track, I think, and I have a long term goal of losing 225.
