On mfp it's an average 2 year old, in total it's cheese in a year. Goal is a small bale of hay.

Did w5r3 last Thursday and it felt easy so have skipped the other weeks and managed 5kms just inside 30 minutes on Sunday and today's run. Intend to do a 20 minute run on Thursday and then will be starting the 10k training from Sunday.

Skipped it all. Have managed 30 minute 5kms for the last 2 runs and starting 10k training next week after signing up for a charity run in November.

No. After a 15 week "break" (a run of birthdays, weddings and parties) where I ate what I wanted I had only gained 4lbs. The time before where I was logging everything had given me a completely different mindset where I better gauged portion control and the "good" foods. Once I hit my goal I intend to follow a similar…

It's designed to be done every other day with a 2 day rest after run 3. So if you ran and finished week 1 yesterday then your next one should be Friday.

If you were going to have a 'binge' is there any difference in whether you cut your calories the week before or week after?
