I use Strava on my phone alongside my Fitbit and myfitnesspal they are all linked to each other, so that even though I will have steps in my Fitbit prior to my run, strava gives me an accurate reading of my run as it works with GPS

Being that sore that I was unable to get off the loo....having someone else wiped your lady bits and pull up your underwear is not dignified at all

Yes!! I use mine alongside Strava, which is linked to myfitnesspal, which is linked to my Fitbit.....and they all work really well for me

Bought the Fitbit charge on Saturday to help boost my motivation as I really want to train for an compete in a 10k this year.....oh and to help rid me of the 6lb Christmas excess haha!! So hppy for any new friends to encourage me and vice versa
