I'm 3 lbs away from being overweight instead of obese and under 200lbs! I'm 5'9" for anyone wondering :) I'm also one run away from completing c25k! Started in January for the third time and I thought it was impossible. ALMOST THERE!

I didn't realise I had pain in my hips until it started to get better... I can only imagine how good I'll feel once I reach my goal! :smiley: Since I started running, it's also easier to stand up straight. Between stronger muscles and a lower weight, I feel much more supported. I still have to take moments to "unhunch"…
