I love Anna Richardson as a presenter! I also love this show, especially when they open the false wall and show them exactly what they have eaten in a week set out on a table. Definitely worth a watch

I got married in October last year and like you after the stress of the wedding, i managed to pile on the pounds. There comes a point where you need to stop making excuses and just fling yourself in headfirst and get focused :)

Really appreciate your advice, taking all of the above on board and will keep am eye out for Heavier weights for when the time comes. At least i have tge actual bench and can just buy additional weights to add onto it so shouldnt be over the top price wise.

I personally drink 1 cup of mint green tea at work on weekdays during my break. I feel great after it and it almost feels like you have just brushed your teeth and don't need to eat anything else if that makes sense? Although it's not directly linked to weight loss it is a diuretic as far as I'm aware.

I have to agree with this, as someone who has only just started a few weeks ago i log my food the day before to make sure i am at a deficit. If i have calories remaining i know im ok to have a snack and if not i have the opportunity to swap the food i have in my diary to allow for one. Theres still the odd occasion i just…

I would never have thought of this! Do you just buy some grapes stick them in freezer then chop them in half and put in your water? Also can you eat them when you finisb your water or are they all mushed up?
