I have walkmeter app.... it tells you how far you have walked, how fast you have walked and how many calories you have burned.... it also has a lot more like elevation etc but I just need the 3 things mentioned above. Oh, it also syncs with MFP so adds the calories automatically for you to your exercise

Yes, I thought , geez how am I going to cope on that.... but actually, it's quite the reverse and finding healthier foods that keep me fuller for longer.

I measure every new food I have then next time it's already and I can adjust the portion size if I have more or less than previous. I use the barcode scanner a lot .... that must be accurate

Tesco sell a vegan soy sauce.... its a bit pricy at 2-2.50 it is the kikamon soy sauce..... no fish sauce in there... it's the one we use

my husband is vegan. he has been for 20 years. I am vegetarian. I will not become vegan. I see too much carbohydrates used which makes it easier to pile on the pounds. and cutting out dairy is a huge mistake. but well done on him for making that commitment

well I have eliminated or decreased my "added sugar" products and intake for the last week. I have stopped having sugar in my coffee and now just add a sweetener and I have changed my peanut butter to a less added sugar one as a result of the app. I go to get weighed tonight. this is as well as reducing my calorie intake a…

ok.... I have answered my own question by just finding the info. there seems to be a big difference between what this app suggests should be the daily intake 79 Gram and what the NHS based app says which is 30 gram
