Motivation for me.. seeing body changes.. more muscle less fat... Following and keeping my daily step target in check... every month or so i buy a new gym outfit or so.. nothing special just like a shirt or something.. that what works for me.

I have done insanity max 30.. was great currently in the gamma phase of t 25.. its nice cause doing high intensity cardio with weights is a new thing for me. Has anyone tried the 21 day shred plan.? Is it any good?
