  • I'm not losing weight much either for the last 2 weeks and I'm eating my exercise calories. I'm losing fat off my legs, waist and hips and have lost a dress size but not any weight. It's confusing me what's going on!
  • Sorry I'm pretty new to this! I burn around 300 cals in exercise per day and am on a 1200 cal limit. I know I'm eating at a deficit on 1200 but when I have exercised, should I eat those extra 300 cals? I'm a bit confused about this! Thanks for any advice :)
  • I was hoping not! I've never really dieted before and I just couldn't understand it!   • Haha rabbitjb... I promise to never use that phrase again ;) didn't want anyone to get squeamish (me!!). After 3 children, you would think I would be able to use the usual words for things but I turn into a 13 year old ;) Thank you all for your replies. It's now firmly in my head to continue!
  • My size is smaller from my measurements so it just didn't make sense that I was getting smaller physically and getting bigger weight-wise! Thank you for your reply :)
