I'm trying to stick to once a week, but I'm tempted too to do it more. If you need to do it more often, I still wouldn't do it more than two or three times a week. Just about everyone had suggested roasting them. I have tried brussel sprouts like that and didn't totally hate them.. Guess it's worth a try with others too. Thanks everyone for suggestions! Feel free to keep them coming if you have more. Or to add me if you are so inclined

Several people have suggested roasting, so I guess that will be my first try! But like you said, @SueSueDio, I'll have to keep a close eye on the oil. :)

Hmm, I could try butternut squash soup. I had something similar that I liked that a prof made lol. And trying some grilled asparagus might be worth it. I definitely have no problem with fruits but they still have a lot of sugar so. Just trying to make good choices!

Mostly raw. Ive tried cooking a few things--asparagus (that wasn't AWFUL? But we overcooked it), roasted brussel sprouts (also not terrible? I'm going to try these again), and "riced" cauliflower that is sort of fried in the pan to cook it. That I just bleh. I force it down when I can, lol. I mean some of them aren't awful…
