If your using MFP app under your calorie input for the day scroll all the way down press nutrition and it shows how much proteins, crabs, sodium, fats, and a bunch of other amounts for daily intake.

Try natural sweet things like fruit. What I tell myself, If you can grab a cupcake or cookie it's just as easy to eat an apple.

Hey Aubery, Boredom eating is a friend of mine as well. So the past few weeks when I go to grab a snack I go for a walk or do extra excercies. I found that helpful bc I'm a snack junky and I would eat without having my hunger cues.
