I still count calories because it helps me maintain. I'm sure some people don't need to but I still find it worthwhile and a good way to keep thinking about what I eat.

My skin is definitely tighter than it was at first. I do also think I was lucky in that my skin wasn't ever as loose as it gets for some - at least based on pictures I've seen of some people after similar amounts of weight loss. Started my 2nd week working out at the gym today!

People are starting to notice I have been losing weight! It took 90 lbs to make it happen, and I have another 80 or so to go, but it is so cool to finally have people ask me what I'm doing.

I can wear my husband's jacket! It is exciting to be able to fit some "normal" size clothes.
