  • I kept them all until about a year after I lost it all, then got rid of them. I decided I wasnt gonna have "fat pants" anymore. If my pants didnt fit me anymore, I'd have to get back on track. It worked for me.

  • Oh my god yes! I found pants in an old storage bin that are way too big! I guess I remembered being pretty small when I was a teenager. Apparently not!
  • 1700 is not too high. Contrary to what was burned into us our whole lives, 1200 calories a day isn't enough food for healthy weight loss. At least I don't think so. You have to feed your metabolism. Leave it at the 1730 and see what your body does with it. I think that is a reasonable calorie intake.
