I'm 46 most of time !!! Happy to meet new friends.

Amazing and congrats !!!!

I had the same thing happen to me when I bumped up my mileage. I started having more problems the further I ran. One thing I know that caused me problems was not drinking enough water. If You are drinking enough water, stretching enough before and after than you might just have slow down for a few weeks.

Welcome and feel free to add me. I have been on my journey almost a year now and have lost 38 lbs. and went from not running to running 60 mins plus. I am now training for a half marathon. I like to help other s and share my experiences.

I like many of the above ones. I normally listen to Korn, LP and Rob Zombie but still think the best is Army cadences. Guess I will never get that out of me. LOL !!!

I love running and run 6 - 7 miles 5 times a week. There is another thread here called 'December 2016 Running Challenge'. It is filled with runners both beginning and hard core. They are all super nice and helpful. Feel free to add me if you like. Just keep running. :p

I run on the treadmill 5 to 6 times a week for 60+ minutes. At first I kept looking at the time and driving myself crazy, like you said just hoping the time was over. The I found this book called the Ultimate Treadmill Workout, and now I love running on the treadmill. It teaches you how to use speed intervals and inclines…
