After feeling sorry for myself, I think I'm going to do 30 mins of light cardio, just to get myself moving a bit and so I don't feel guilty! I normally do an hour of solid cardio 5 days a week, which has been working well for me, but I think I can make a slight exception today. Thanks for your response =)

As everyone has said, it's fine (and perfectly normal) to get upset at these things. I feel sick when I look at myself in the mirror. The important thing to remember is that you got up and tried!
