I had my son 10 moths ago and have 40 pounds to lose! Of course, smaller goals would be nice to reach too. I gave MFP a try 2 months ago, and lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, so I know it's possible. But I lost my motivation and fell off the wagon. I need to get back on!! How do I add people?

Yes!!! I'm in!

Chopped lettuce in a bowl, add a serving of rice, then mix tuna with a little mayo and pepper, throw that on top. Sprinkle a serving of those crispy tortilla strips (the ones for salad), then a squeeze of lemon. Fresh, filling, and about 350 cals. You can add black beans and avocado too

It's so is crack. I used to get a few spoons whenever I was having a sweets craving because I thought it was healthier. Now I have it hidden in the back of the pantry at the very top

Ahhhhh I should totally do that! I remember sneaking bottles of my grandmas slim fast when I was younger because I loved the taste

Yea, I found the most calorific (yes, I made that up) item and listed it

And edit* I meant I had 1000 cals saved, not 100. That would be a crappy dinner

I gotta get some! I've seen it around before . Thanks!!

You "just can't" what? And what opportunity? is there something funny about breastfeeding?? And to the OP, I too am BF'ing. Ibjust started Monday and I'm gonna follow the calorie goal and just hope that it doesn't effect my supply. If it does, I'll adjust. But I don't think I'll eat any less with MFP, just make better food…
