Slim - fast Chocolate Shake/ Sweets?

I just started today but I bought some chocolate slim fast because when I've dieted before I like the taste and it fulfills my chocolate craving. What are your go to "sweet" craving foods?

Ahhhhh I should totally do that! I remember sneaking bottles of my grandmas slim fast when I was younger because I loved the taste

I only like the milk chocolate but it has a lot of vitamins and a great chocolate fix! Do you have any suggestions on something else that you like that I should try for my sweet fix?

Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares or snack sized candy bars. For snack sized bars, I generally buy the smallest package and dole out one bar a day.

I lost weight before (cutting out all sweets). That didn't help me for maintenance though. This time I'm incorporating a small percentage of sweets and logging them, because I will not be giving up sweets for life. I need to manage sweets while I'm losing.

A small serving (~80 cals) of strawberry greek yogurt + 1-2 g of unsweetened cocoa powder. Hits the spot if I want chocolate but am low on protein for the day.

I like the EAS Advantage Carb Control Shakes for a grab and go chocolate fix, although I recently tried the Strawberry flavor and I'm kind of hooked on it! A lot less sugar and carbs in them too! I also keep the Ghiradelli chocolate squares in my freezer. There's one that's 50 calories and since they're individually wrapped it's easy to take one when you get a craving. Keeping them in the freezer also means I don't see them often, and you know...out of sight, out of mind.

I grabbed one of those slimfast things and it had 19 grams of sugar. A tad too much for me.
