  • Lots of water. If that doesn't help me and I'm craving something sweet I turn to Stash Licorice hot tea. If I'm craving salt however I usually cave in!
  • I can totally relate! Keep going back and forth with this app, exercising and eating good. Then I just stop entirety for no reason. Want to stick with it this time. I feel your frustration. Life just gets in the way sometimes.
  • I have the same problem! I'll be religious about logging food and working out for 2-3 weeks straight and even lose some weight and then for whatever reason I stop. I want to stay on track for good! I'm determined this round to stick with it! Good luck to both of us!
  • Try drinking a TON of water when you're hungry! I do this (add a little Mio for flavoring) and instantly I'm not hungry. You might just be dehydrated, especially after a work out. Increase your water consumption and you'll be amazed at how it will curb your cravings
