What should I do when I'm craving something sweet like chocolate or candy......and what should I do when I ate but still feel hungry

I eat dried fruit when I crave something sweet!! Make sure it has no added sugar though.0

As for the cravings, I'd say add some of those items into your plan. Fit reasonable portions of treats into your day to day log. Do it in advance, and don't keep extra quantities around.
As for feeling hungry after you ate, give yourself some time. Drink water. You should be pounding the water all day. You can also plan in larger portions of low-cal veggies that will stuff you to the brink.1 -
Have you tried morning and afternoon snacks? I've found they curb MOST of my cravings. Sometimes, I just give in and make up for it in the gym0

Lots of water. If that doesn't help me and I'm craving something sweet I turn to Stash Licorice hot tea. If I'm craving salt however I usually cave in!0

Diet root beer, Arctic Zero Ice Cream, a dash of sugar free chocolate syrup and a tablespoon of sugar free whipped topping. Drink as a chocolate-tinged root beer float.0
