My goal - 25 miles in april, so far - 10 miles down, 15 miles to go! Ran yesterday 2.5 miles in the rain on the trails, fell in the mud, but finished what I started. Loved every minute of it :)

I want to join! I am bad at running though, but I think, it would be a good starting goal of 25 miles in April! I am not happy running in MS hot summer, but spring seems like a great time :)

Found out today that i have PCOS. more tests to follow and need to figure out a suitable treatment plan and adjustment in diet. So... if anyone else has a similar problem, see a doctor too.

hi and welcome! If I were you id set up realistic tiny goals. Maybe lose 15 lbs first. I was suggested on here to invest in a food scale and im glad i did. Also, when you fall off the wagon in fiet department, log your meals anyway it will help later! Good luck and we can do this!

I am currently on 21 day fit extreme, and I try to run on treadmil/jog outside in the woods when the weather is decent.

I actually intentionally did not weigh myself, because I wanted to not freak out. Fluctuations are something that do make me stumble in motivation department, so I thought "let the scale wait a bit". Now I am not so sure it was a good decision.

I have been measuring everything with measuring cups, there are some entries that are homemade (i input as recipes and let it count the calories), but for anything from outside, I use the scanner and compare to what the label says.
