currently at 164 lbs, down by 3. with 10 days to go for the challenge, i'm confident to crack it.

Both are important but eating the right food with all necessary nutrients is critical. Just a protein diet may not be the best suited since the body needs carbs and fats too in the right proportion. Remember, weight loss is not the same as health.

The weigh day will be on Wednesday. This challenge looks to have caught good steam and it does not matter when you have joined or would you be able to shed 5lbs; the key is to be aware and to be honest and real to yourself. Results will come for sure.

There are some Q's asking if they can join. ABSOLUTELY YES!!! You can join in anytime. If this Feb challenge is successful, we may even continue and aim for a tougher goal next time

Pre 165, post 165. No change in the last 10 days

Tomorrow is the first official day to report our results. Fingers crossed :) Just to keep it uniform it can be shown as "Pre - 170lbs, Post - 168lbs" just so that we know the actual movement. Good luck and happy weight losing!!

Let's report numbers at your own convenience, whatever works for you. The final tally can be done on 20 Feb. The good news is that all of us can be winners!!
