Tomorrow is the first official day to report our results. Fingers crossed Just to keep it uniform it can be shown as "Pre - 170lbs, Post - 168lbs" just so that we know the actual movement.

I'm in! Current weight (1 February 2016) 196 lbs. Plan to use MFP to make sure I have a deficit in my calorie intake and up the exercise by walking on my lunch breaks and doing at least 3x runs (or other form of higher impact exercise) per week. Also NO alcohol!0
