  • I had my last photo removed ! Didn’t realise I’d broken the rules ! I’m 80lb down and at that stage where I don’t feel any different mentally and still think I look the same. Why do brains take so much longer to catch up. I want to lose another 25lb before reassessing where I’m at. Photos are 302 and 222. Uk size 18 to 14
  • Hi, I am still a long way off ‘normal’ bmi etc but thought I would post as a boost to those who are struggling with the numbers. I started at 302 and I’m now at 222lb. So a big loss but still heavy [photos removed by MFP mods]
  • I have 38lb still to go but i am 65lb down! I had my first baby via c section in August so it took some time to get back to full fitness but slowly and surely I’m getting there
