  • i was able to build one out of 2" cast iron pipe bolted to the ceiling. You just use elbows and threaded pipe to build it. you can select pipe length and have to hang as low as you need and make it as wide as you want. works fantastic. wrapped it with tape for grip.
  • ummm....how many calories are you eating that when you "stray" your still ok? Eating to little is not a recipe for success....and to have room to stray makes me think you may be on to large of a deficit.

  • I was almost 19,000 steps on Saturday and it added 1700 extra calories...which i ate in the form of a Funnel Cake and Hot Sausage Sammich with a side of Haluski and Peirogis.

  • I think that sounds like a good approach. you may want to alternate between your days of weights and your days of Cardio also. Weight training burns calories well after the session ends as your muscles work to rebuild themselves..at least I think that is the reason. Someone with confirm or correct me. Plus in a calorie…

  • Well "huge" amounts doesn't typically come from running....unless your running alot. can you give some more details about how your getting these and what your current goals are etc? Many people to be safe only eat back a portion of the exercise calories.

  • if you are burning calories, of course its making a difference. are you tracking your food and your exercise in the app? you may burn out and you should be careful to allow your body proper rest to recover or you will surely burn out or get injured. Slow and steady wins the race.
