by the way.... i should have said earlier. when calories are the determining factor for food intake and not "volume" you can eat one meal a day if you want. you don't have to over complicate things by evening out your meals, or eating at specific times or none of that. Do what works for you and stay within the calorie…

well known fact...size doesn't matter............... *cough* in weight loss. number of grams/ounces do however. way to hard to know based upon size.. chicken breast vs the same glop of peanut butter???? ..this just doesn't work.

Do you have access to a "running store" that can examine your gate? Expect to spend $120 if your here in the US. I just did this two weekends ago and the shoes they recommended have been great. Its vitally important to have a good shoe fitted for how your foot drops. I bought Mizuno.

I weigh the food and look up if possible a USDA entry from the database and log it. I do not mess with net this or that. I don't count carbs however, I count calories. I have the fitbit Surge. I like the GPS functionality for tracking my cardio outdoors. not necessary but nice to see a little map of your route. I bought it at Wal-Mart. Been holding up for over a year with no issues whatsoever. I kinda want an Apple Watch though :P

Baked Potato. I always heard you "HAVE" to give up potatos. just so not the case. a Potato is a all natural food and fits perfectly fine with a chicken breast or some other protein. I only eat it with salt and pepper and don't load it with the high calorie fattening toppings and I actually really enjoy it!

One thing I think is that the exercise is for mental well being and just physical health. separate that from weight loss.
