you should measure peanuts with a scale in grams, not cups. fyi.

My suggestion is that if you have accurately setup MFP, eat what it says and only eat additional calories from intentional exercise like a workout. and then, i'd eat those cals sparingly as calorie burn is sort of hard to nail down. so if you're really hungry on your workout day, eat back 1/2 of estimated burned calories.…

well, i think its difficult to calculate for just walking. if you intentionally walked a brisk pace for 10,000 steps,, thats on thing but just clocking 10,000 going about your day...hard to say. are you intending to use the number to add to your calories to consume? or are you just curious about what the number is?

I'm not going to argue this point, nor am i going to research the topic to convince you. clearly you are right. but this is an example of what i'm referring too. take it for what its worth. best wishes. http://scoobysworkshop.com/gain-muscle-lose-fat/ perhaps ......just perhaps...its possible. hmmm
-
Do it for you.
-
There is something to the concept of body re-composition. Some studies show it is possible to gain muscle while burning fat and being on a slight deficit. its a tricky animal it wrestle.

I'd like to be more disciplined.

no one said laws shouldn't be passed. the intent I believe was that stricter regulations don't impact criminals and burden more the law abiding citizen. I tend to agree.
-
agreed. shout out is woo right?
-
I got my conceal carry when Obama took office. lmao. just in case :P
-
Sure. I agree. lets write it up! i'm sure we could do it better than any current politician!! :)
-
haha. good one.
-
no sorry. i have no new info. my hunch is that somewhere along the line, we will discover points of alarming information that got ignored or over looked. we usually do in these things. total guess.
-
this is where everyone misses the BIG picture. it doesn't get it out of the hands of anyone. it changes "perhaps" where they go to buy it or steal it. but you can't "control" millions of guns that already exist in society with gov regulation. hell, maybe they were ok at one point and bought the gun at that point and now…
-
You are very nice. i don't want to upset you. we just disagree on the beneficial impact of the regulations. I see it being an extremely minimal impact to the problem...so much that its not even noticeable. damn near no impact in my mind. but i'd personally be ok with being checked further when i buy a gun. what if i had…
-
wow. lmao. wow. haha. ok. you rid the world of guns and when I'm the last one to own one i'll give up mine too. gimme a shout when that happens. Thanks
-
i agree with you. but again.............and again........and again...........you have to focus on the criminal element. this dude while under the radar was a criminal long before pulling the trigger. SO many things went wrong there through this long thought out process.. who knows how far back this stretches. there could…
-
lmao. you mad bro? come on now. don't be testy.
-
You can't disarm law abiding citizens. good lord. you can't do that. nothing else to say.
-
yea. i'm not saying not to...the results may be 25 years down the road...but its not the end all be all. and some people feel like their freedoms are infringed upon more and more these days so its not a popular route to take.
-
you say that with no consideration to the fact that GREATER regulation currently exists today than 30 years ago and yet mass gun violence is far greater today. Frankly it amazes me that anyone trusts the government for more regulation on anything. they can't get anything done correctly. somehow on guns though.....hell,…
-
exactly!! you see the gun is not the issue. so its not the solution either. people can't trust that though. they just can not separate the weapon from the criminal. somehow if this guy didn't have an assault weapon things would have been better....but we do NOT know the answer to that. so "safely" we say GUN..its that damn…
-
your opinion. i respect it. i disagree with it. we are a lifetime in the making. good foundations make good buildings. they don't get better because they've stood on sand for 60 years.
-
because thousands upon thousands of these guns exist in the US. You're only addressing the purchase of a new shiny sparkly gun. that's like draining the gulf of mexico before a hurricane with a measuring cup cuz we don't want storm surge. these are criminals. they will find a gun. the next killer is out there searching one…
