I've checked out mindfulness meditations and such on YouTube that help calm negative thoughts when I get down about my progress and health. Stick with your 15 minutes, walk more, and know you're not alone!

Keep hydrating (especially if you are upping your protein) and check in with your thyroid and hormones at the dr.
