Same with me, got married in April. I'm prone to snacking on junk too, especially now that I'm out of work for a bit. I'm bored! Good news is, I have the time to exercise and cook healthier meals, right? :-)

I'm 27, was always thin until I piled on the pounds in college. Unfortunately I continued to gain and now weigh just about 215 pounds. I do see myself eat my emotions a lot, particularly boredom and sadness. I've lost 30 pounds before, so I know I can do it, it's just discouraging to be back where I started.

Wow, we have almost the same name! I'm back here after taking a hiatus and unfortunately gaining weight back. It's a great community though, and I'm ready to tackle this with some support.
