  • Use a mission brand 'carb balance' wheat wrap lightly warmed. (Skillet or microwave). Scramble egg whites, spinach. Sprinkle with a tiiiiny bit of cayenne while cooking and add chives.   • Tuna patties. Mix drained tuna, egg white, green onions, shredded cheese (if desired), ground crackers. Make into patties and grill in non stick pan. Patties need to be somewhat dry, but not falling apart.
  • I use mashed avacado instead of mayo quite a bit. Much healthier! Spread thinly on a low carb wrap, add thinly sliced chicken breast, Romain, sliced red onions and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired. It's also good with turkey and roast beef. Extra protein by mixing a laughing cow low fat soft cheese wedge.
  • I slice zucchini and squash thin, brush with olive oil, then coat in dry parmesean and grill in a non stick pan. Yummy! You can do the same with asparagus one it's softened by streaming.
