I personally took quite a few moments to look him up before I ever read any of his works. Wikipedia should NEVER be a person's only source of information. smh Here is a scientific report about Professor Ehret. Of course, no one's methods are flawness and the man was born in 1866 afterall. @AllyNorth Having read this book I no longer have protein goals per se. I do drink a plant protein drink 4-5 times weekly that has 25 grams of protein and 5 grams of fibre.

I just finished a 28-day challenge with Fit and Nu (Body Boss Up Challenge) I am 62 years wise 5'2" current weight 153.8 (down 18.4 lbs in 28 days?!)
