Very well said. I too had to adjust with family. My mom never longer understood why I couldn't eat out all the time. I said it's a journey for me and I have to do this. It was hard loosing some social time with meals out with friends and family but you have to save yourself. In the end they are there. Good job. Keep up the…

congrats! Food control is the main key. I started with walking. Very little but daily at first til I worked my way up to an hour at a time. Some days I would do 2 walks atan hour a piece. Joined a gym and worked out almost daily for an hour. Purchased a Fitbit to monitor steps/calories burned/sleep. All those playing a…
