  • I've lost 20 lbs . I've notice that I still have the chubby cheeks . I had my baby 9 months ago. And I don't knew what else to do. I've been doing insanity !

  • my calorie intake is about 1300 a day. I'm eating pretty clean. I drink about a gallon of water a day. I will def try all of these out. Thank you . I know it's going to take some time but I want my body back
