Toning

Hi everyone , I need help with toning my body. I had my baby 8 months ago and now I'm down to the size I want, but I still feel lose skin. What are some excerises I can do. I'm doing insanity now. I've been doing it for about a month and I've lost 4 lbs ans 2 inches but I'm still Not as fit as I want to be. Please give me some advice. Thank you !

Abs are 110% made in the kitchen so be aware of what you are putting in your body. Also if you're just doing insanity you may want to incorporate weights and muscle strengthening exercises. Buy a set of dumb bells and do lunges across the house, squats are great, bicep curls, curl squat press all of these exercise with help you get stronger and feel tighter.0

my calorie intake is about 1300 a day. I'm eating pretty clean. I drink about a gallon of water a day. I will def try all of these out. Thank you . I know it's going to take some time but I want my body back0

I mean that the only thing that matters in terms of what you eat and your body composition is your calorie balance (calorie deficit, calorie surplus, etc.), as well as protein intake. Whether the foods you are eating are "clean" or not has no effect on your body composition (skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass)0 -
