I drink mine with an 80 calorie packet of hot chocolate... I just have one 6 to 8 oz cup a day. The coffee and the hot chocolate is free at work.

My starting weight was 220lbs and I started by walking on the treadmill everyday. Every week or so I up the speed, incline, duration. About 2.5 months later I'm starting the couch to 5k program and I'm 15-20lbs lighter. The treadmill might be boring but I feel good when I'm done and I really want to be able to run a 5k.

I did Week 1 Day 1 yesterday! I'm used to walking for at least a half hour and jogging 1 minute intervals made the half hour go by so fast.

Today I did day 1 of couch to 5k. Then I did the stair climber for five minutes, lol, that's all I could do on that dang thing. I've been walking with a 5% incline so c25k with no incline ended up being easier than I was expecting (but still challenging).

I eat ghiradeli 60% dark chocolate chips. 16 (big) chips is 80 calories. Sometimes I put them in my oatmeal in the morning with sliced banana and other times I just eat them plain. Just gotta be careful to not have to many servings at once...
