Is anyone else currently doing this program? I want to run a few races this summer and hope it will help me get ready! Would anyone be interested in joining a challenge group to keep us on target?

I completed the program 3 weeks ago and jumped right into 10k program. Just completed week 12 day 1 today. 12 weeks ago was scared about week 2 now did 3 18 minute runs with a minute walk between. The program works. I did download run keeper and have it going to for distance and split times. I also recommend spotify. Have fun and stay consistent.

    Sounds good to me.
I started running about 5 years ago with C25K and kept on running, even managed one half marathon about 18 months later.
Since then I've kept running, though I've put on a whole lot of weight again and lost a lot of fitness and after injuring my toe while on holiday over Christmas I've done nothing but walk since new year.

I've decided I need to start from the beginning again, so I've downloaded C25K and did day one this week.
So yes, I'd love some buddies to keep me motivated.

My goal is to run a 5k with my daughter on April 16th. I am not sure I will be able to so by then, but I will give it a shot. Starting Coach to 5k this week. There is also a running club in my area that does short runs on Saturday morning. I hope to join them by May.

I just finished week 1 this morning. I've done a 5k before where I was able to run most of it. I don't have any 5ks planned, more just using the app as a motivating tool to change up my exercising. I'll probably try to get in an actual 5k before the end of the year though

I did Week 1 Day 1 yesterday! I'm used to walking for at least a half hour and jogging 1 minute intervals made the half hour go by so fast.
