Yay! I'm so glad to hear that! I was doing it so regularly a year ago that I was rowing for 60 minutes/10,000meters and burning close to 600 calories. I jumped on the row machine this week and made it through the hour/9,205meters and had a calorie burn of 420 I love lifting but I want to get cardio in too. Thanks for the…

Thanks so much. :) I'm hoping that it will tone and improve those areas. But the muscle gain I know has to come from lifting. Just want to incorporate cardio again. I've done elliptical and that's good too

I do have an entire lifting routine. Arm day, back and chest day, leg day. Love it and know I'll do it for life. But I rowed pretty regularly a year ago and just did it this week. The calorie burn is amazing and I was hoping it helps with legs, abs and butt, lol

Getting some cardio in as well here too. I only ever used to do cardio. Elliptical, row, treadmill and bike but last winter got into lifting. Trying to incorporate at least two days of cardio because it does help!

That I know was such a misleading wives tale..Women get bulky. We just don't have enough testosterone to get bulky like men. What we do get is beautiful lines and lovely, fit, toned limbs. That is what I'm striving for..always reaching..

It was so intimidating to walk into a gym and try and figure out all the machines and what to do. I just want to get as fit as I can. Ugh..sumo squats..I must do them but they suck!!!

I use machines and then Dumbbells too. I like the ease of a machine and have not reached the bad-assery yet for doing squats with a free bar! Lol
