Can't help but can sympathise. Last year I tried swapping bread for veg and ended up very, er, windy. Needless to say that didn't last too long! But hey, cereals aren't junk are they? They're food (I sincerely thought)

Wow, crazy. The biggest fish I seen is koi carp. I broke a glow band and poured the juice in my eye as a kid. Thought it would make me see in the dark. Painful mistake.

Cool, thanks guys. That's worrying if fat is understated. I'm @ the top end of normal for both so must be overfat in reality (and muscly?). I just bought one. It gave me beautifully complimentary numbers until I took if off the carpet and put it on a hard and level kitchen floor. Then it told the truth. Not so kind! Levellest surface possible to keep the numbers precise and realistic.

Wow! 1000 ain't much. App tells me to keep to 1200 and that's a struggle (5'3). Can't comment on pills, but would be interested to know if they are helpful.

Hi. Sounds like a plan. Just started doing the diary check, before anything drastic. Started running last January (only lasted a month). I'd like to be less wobbly in the middle and less chunky legged. Slow and realistic sounds better! ;)
