I got a seemingly nice digital scale for Christmas, can't find fault with it yet. I also use an app called Happy Scale to watch my trends as @steveko89 suggests.

Thank you @MellowGa for posting your story, as well as everyone else. I was dx on Jan 2nd with invasive breast cancer. I'm to have surgery in two weeks, and then find out the staging. Currently waiting to hear back from the surgeon my MRI results to see if it'll be a lumpectomy or mastectomy. Waiting is the hardest part.…

Add me everyone! I've got a 284 day streak going and exercise just about everyday. I have lost 10# in the past month by limiting my alcohol intake. Just 3 more #'s til my 1st mini goal.

I can relate to med weight gain, I gained 70# in 6 months. Saphris was pretty weight neutral/losing weight for me, Latuda was a nightmare although others swear by it. My current med regime is Abilify, wellbutrin, Lamictal and lithium. I've lost 10# this month alone with little side effects from all those meds. Another…

I'm late to the party as usual. 29 miles in September, didn't set a goal for the month other than to keep on going with C25K. I'm in week 9 of the program and struggling to do the full 30 minutes without stopping. I need to slow down i think.

I bought a pair of Ryka Graffic cross trainers. They tend to be a narrow shoe and go up to a US 10.5 and maybe 11 and 12's. They were a bit sticky on the gym floor for a while until broken in.

I started running the beginning of August with the C25K program. Am late to the August Challenge but thought I'd post my progress... Proud to say I'm in Week 4 and have logged 28.7 miles this month of running. My goal is to stick with the program and see it to the end of week 9. After that who knows?....

JCPenney's Xersion brand and Made For Life brand carry tall women's. At 5'11'' they are almost too long!

I like the lactose free milks, in the supermarket they come in whole, 2%, 1% and fat free. Some brick cheese are lactose free like Cabot cheeses, and the harder the cheese the less lactose. I realized I'm also sensitive to peanut butter and eggs. They all seem to go together for many people.
