Weight watchers has a good one. https://simple-nourished-living.com/weight-watchers-meatloaf-recipe/ I add more chopped veggies to it. The oats are great addition too.

Limiting alcohol was my biggest change mentally, emotionally and physically. But I had a lapse last night and beating myself up about it. Time to get back on the wagon.

Well, @RelCanonical my chickpea burgers were a bust. Flavorful but too wet. I didn't read your advice until today. I also finely processed it in the food processor. A rough chop would have been better. I ended up adding biquick to the mix and baking it into sort of bar like biscuits. Turned out ok, I wouldn't recommend my…

Thank you @AnnPT77 and @LKArgh for your thoughts and advice. Yes, my plastic surgeon has said the risk for lymphedema is 10-20% which seems like a lot and wide range. But in the scheme of things ain't half bad. And the 1st thing out of the Resident's mouth was "bigger, smaller or the same?" Lol. I hadn't given it a thought…

Thank you for the advice @Cherimoose. To update the swelling and blue tint have disappeared. My shoulder hurts intermittently and I can’t do much lifting of it. Was able to modify yoga this morning at the gym class. Bad news this week, will be getting a mastectomy next month. Kind of devastated atm. I haven’t talked with…

Just wanted to add that drs, especially more progressive pdocs, are willing to prescribe for off-label uses or uses that have only the beginnings of research behind it. Does this make sense? Idk too early in the am.

Great question, @bmitchell4273. I can only think of tuna salad and tuna noodle casserole, both of which use canned tuna.

Salsa and cheese in the crockpot with chicken or even pork. Add black beans for more oomph.

I do not recommend Gaian mats, mine is really slippery. I’ve washed it multiple times and sprayed it with vinegar to no avail. Any tips to make it less slippery? Also, I second the extra length. It was worth the splurge for those inches.

I start chemo this week to reduce my breast mass. I'm not sure about all the hype about the cancer-sugar connection. At any rate, eating more colored foods and veggies and drinking more water are my goals.

Bump. I experience this too. I’m thinking not enough water? Or calories?

I add seasoning to the eggs. Like Emerils Steak or Montreal Steak seasoning.
