I just started the Strong Curves home body weight lifting routine. Today I'm going to do Day B (week 1-4) which includes negative chin-ups. Does anyone use Lifeline Jungle Gym XT ?

My pdoc prescribed Topamax to me for weight loss/maintenance because of other meds I was on, mood and it helps a bit to decrease alcohol use. I took it for about 2.5 years. The dopiness went away after a while and I maintained my weight. I stopped taking it when I changed my other meds.

Being unhappy with yourself and your body is not the same as true depression.

I get similar stuff on my chest under my sports bra. I think its from the dirty clothing as well. Perhaps a body cleanser with Salicylic Acid may help. Also for boils, put a warm damp cloth on it for a few minutes to bring down the swelling.

I feel for your annoyance. I'm between an 8-10 or M-L. I have my favorite brands and its hard to make myself try others to see if they fit better.

Candy binges and little distractions.

I sent you a friend request. Also mending depression. The right meds are starting to make a difference.

Rosemary, salt, pepper.

I'm struggling to lose that last 15 lbs too.

I was a 38C now I have no idea what I am. All I know is that I'm probably wearing the wrong size/type for my shape. I'm too shy to be measured at a store.

I agree with @nFoooo to find things to do that you enjoy doing. And your college may have some intramural sports that anyone can join. Like ultimate frisbee, kickball, softball, etc...

I use MFP everyday. I'd also love some new friends.

I'm thinking maybe scoliosis has a part in the asymmetry. Any thoughts?

What about NAC or SAM-e?

Me too, same problem. Either slippery hair or odd shaped noggin. Nice topic.

Keep your hands busy, in turn keeps the mind occupied. Like read a book, knit, whittle, do a puzzle, etc... Ya know the saying idle hands are the devils workshop.

With my weight loss they have visibly diminished and are hardly noticeable now.

I started a new med recently, after a long line of med tries. I'm starting to feel better and doing a bit of exercise. I feel so much better after getting moving.

I bought a groupon for a massage. It expires in about 160 days. Not sure of my goal...

I never had cellulite until age 30 when I gained about 70lbs in 4-5months due to a medicine I was on. I've lost about 50 of those lbs so far. The cellulite is definitely improved but I'm sure it'll never be like I was before. Also my stretch marks have pretty much disappeared. I think genetics plays a big role.

I went through a similar weight loss last year due to depression. Ended up losing 26lbs and have managed to maintain with a 20lb difference. The downside is that you are losing muscle mass with the weight loss by not moving and staying in bed all day. Now that I am feeling better I can totally tell how much weaker I am…

It seems to really burn the calories by shoveling! Here's to hoping for more snow.

I lost my fitbit. But my phone has a counter on it. I've been averaging about 3000 steps per day.

I'm beginning to have insomnia due to a medication. It is also messing up my diet because now I'm hungry at different times. Its been difficult to spread the calories out throughout the day.

We are into brown's and amber's. When I scan the bar codes they range from 160-200 calories. My favorite right now is Trout Town Brown.

If you decide to see a pdoc for help, make sure to ask if the meds they put you on are weight gainers or neutral. One of the first meds I tried was the worst one, I gained 70 lbs in about 5-6 months. Also a therapy program or course in DBT may be helpful.
