  • Tried nutrisystem a few times. Lost 40 pounds the first time. It gets old after a while but it works.
  • I buy packages of uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast and trim away all fat. So I would be safe to figure 50 calories per ounce in a worst case scenario I guess. Unfortunately it's already cooked but next time I can weigh it first.

I thought something was up so I moved it to a hard surface today and got totally different readings. On carpet the thing is totally inaccurate. This is really heart breaking…
