  • Had a super day with my hubby and son. Yummy cheese and shrimp for a happy hour late afternoon. New York strip loin steak with crab legs, melted butter and green beans. And then washed it all down with 1 1/2 bottles of champagne! LOL!!!

  • I would be packing a big cooler for the travel portion filled with all sorts of yummy food that is good for you! In addition to the food being LC it is also so much cheaper than eating in fast food restaurants!

  • I use whole almonds all time. Depending on the amount of "flour" I need I will either grind them up in my food processor or if is just a spoon full I need I use my coffee grinder. Works perfectly!!
