I lost 80 pounds 6 years ago after I had my girls. I've done good to keep it off til the last year. I'm actually more active now bc of work bc I was a stay at home mom then. That's why I don't understand why I'm not losing. I use the Fitbit and I average 12-15k steps a day during the week and then exercise 2-3 times a week…

Yeah. It started out 26 but had a place to do extra weight loss boost (of course I pressed it!) and it changed the points to 23. I did really good on the old plan. I'm struggling with this one. I didn't have to log my food for a couple years. I maintained (I'm very active during the day at work) Now my hormones are crazy…

My points were 20 on the old program and 23 (weight loss boost on app) now on the points plus. Maybe I need to go to a meeting to catch up on the new program. I thought I didn't have to use the extra 49 points every week?

I did not know that. Thank you! I haven't been to the meeting in a while. I was just using an app that does the points and I've never seen it add points for fruits and vegetables. Maybe I'm not eating enough.

I did eat fruit. I had apples and pears. On WW fruits and vegetables are usually 0 points. I may be wrong tho

Happy birthday! Enjoy the calories. Lol

I'm allowed 1200 calories a day and sometimes it's hard to stick to when I'm craving something.
-
That does help. I give myself a cheat day every once in a while. Sometimes I can't handle it bc then I want to cheat the next day and then the next and then it turns into a disaster!

Yeah. Sorry. I'm at work and I was in a hurry. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you for the advice!

It was 3 weeks. I did enjoy eating more. Maybe I rely on the scale too much. That time of the month may have had an effect too. Thank you for helping!

Slow thyroid runs on both sides of my family. I have been tested and it's slow but not enough for medication. And my metabolic rate has been tested.

When I first got my Fitbit I was doing weight watchers and points. I decided to go strictly by the calories on the Fitbit and I gained 5-7 pounds almost immediately! I was devastated. It's hard to lose.

I would have had 1500 total calories to eat that day. 300 was from exercise. I actually gained weight going by my Fitbit calories. I have a VERY slow metabolism. I always have. My Fitbit almost synced itself! Lol.. It's under apps on MFP. It will redirect you to another site to add and authorize the Fitbit.

Thank you for responding! I'm given 1200 calories a day. Yesterday my Fitbit added 300. I wasn't really hungry but I want to stay healthy. I'm very active at work and usually get my 10,000 steps during the day. I would rather lose a lot of fat than muscle! :)

I do need to be held accountable bc it's easy not to stick with it if I'm not held accountable! Thank you

The last 10 is the hardest. I lost a lot of weight 6 years ago. I've recently gained 20 back and I'm looking to lose it again. I feel lost starting all over again! I need support and motivation too!

Thank you!
