all you have to do with onions to freeze them is peel and chop them. Store them in the freezer in bags or recycled jars. they are still just fine in soups.

I have chocolate, chips and crackers most every day. and I've lost 36 pounds. Every night I have a snack to use up my daily calories. And includes peanut butter cups.

haven't had fast food for maybe 3 years, but I know I like food with little or no salt on it now. The same with sugar. I had a oreo cookie and found it was gross (the frosting). I still eat chocolate with no problem though.

its probably bottom or top round. If you search either one you'll get the calories for 3 oz servings , then you can add the veggies.

Yeserday I went to a buffet for my birthday and was able to eat salad and the other low calorie food so I stayed mostly within my calories. i think truley my favorite foods are veggies. I like a peice of chocolate once in a while. But I could live with out it with no problem.

If your really worried about it just ride your bike and you'll be thinner. then you'll have nothing to worry about. You'll be having so much fun you'll be too busy to worry about it anyway. I was sitting our concrete porch the other day when I tryed to get up my legs didn't cooperate so I fell back on my but, I could feel the Bone hit the concrete. There's a pretty bad bruise there.It'll be the last. time I sit on that porch. If that had happened 5 monthes ago there would be no evidence it happened

I grow about 150 heads a year in garden and it doesn't last the winter. my husband does the cooking and he must put in everything.

It raised my brothers colesteral, so his dr. told him to try something else or he would start having strokes.

my dogs love them, but I wouldn't. everytime I've fed them to my chickens they start eating their own eggs. So mostly they go in garden. Mostly the dogs eat them becase I tired of pealing the boiled eggs I give them.

mine grows fast and I think it is milk that does it. Also during the summer while I have my garden in my nails and hair really take off. It got so bad I shaved my head to get it under control last couple of years. debating if I'll do that this year as I'm not sure if I'm getting to old for such sillyness.

I have index cards each worth 100 calories. 2or 3 of each of several colors. the colors are different food groups. they have their food type on them and how much I can have for 100 calories. on the back is how I can use left over calories . like a slice of bread is only 80 calories so I can have 20 calories of Jelly or…

I use sun flower seeds on my salads. They sell them in 2 pound bags either salted or plain. Crunchy and full of protein, good fat. I think the bags were $2.99.

i use statins and walk alot. I got my colesteral from 275 down to 165 in 6 weeks. I think loosing weight does it. That meant being on a 1200 calorie diet, for me anyway. I still needed it to go down farther when I was there last. But I've gone from 173 to 147 since then. So it should be much better by the time I go again.

those are the symtoms I had before the dr. told me I was going have a heart attact ,I go ahead and see the dr. Get your blood pressure checked. Sorry don't mean to scare you.

5 days a week, last month I walked 32.85 miles. from 1.2 to 3 miles a day. got today off because it rained.

we cook everything from scratch. I eat about 500 mg a day. My doctor said it's ok. May need more during the summer.

Old fashioned are better. A little harder to make, but I put apple and cinnamon or raisins and it's better for you. We have some packets and by the time they add all the sugar you don't get much to eat for all the calories.
