If you need meal planning ideas.. look into diet point.. Its a app I downloaded.. It has many breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner ideas. ( low carb , low calorie, flat belly, busy ppl, paleo diet etc etc.. ) it also gives you a shopping list and notification of when to eat.. which is about every 2-3 hrs..
