  • Hi Gary I'm up to day seven i'm on 1200 calories and to be truthful I've not found it to hard OK it's early days and there's plenty on temptation to come but at the moment I'm very positive, it's not all about diet the No 1 WILL POWER without that I'm sure your domed to fail so think positive, keep up the good work.

  • Only use the scales once a week your weight can fluctuate day to day so your only kidding yourself. weigh yourself same day each week and in the morning that way you will get a more accurate reading
