Do you log calories for bouldering ? All my researching says its impossible to know what you burn really :-/

It's amazing guys, stick with it ! I've just started 5k pacer (to increase speed). My metabolism has increases dramatically.

Thanks yeah it seems obvious, I guess I just fear getting back in to the habit of eating too much. I'm not exactly skin and bones.

Wow nice stories everyone. Sorry I didn't mean to mis-use the word "skinny" I'm not sure what's the right work. Damn most people on this thread have a lower BMI than me though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I just like that food too much, always will :)

Yeah I suppose so, I think I'd rather have -100 calories though ! I don't *need* this big bowl of strawberries I'm eating so in a sense they are empty calories too.

I do agree, the more do I MFP the more stuffed I feel more often. I do miss that biscuit or candy at work though.

Yeah! I mean when you go for a meal or buy food out its all just one size. It's no fun cutting a burger in half. I have an appetite much bigger than my frame, don't we all to varying degrees? Isn't that why why anyone would want to lose weight?

Yeah we don't need as many calories I get that but eating is pleasurable so it's fun to do it, do I need to explain that?

Brilliant stuff everyone, I'm already staring to think about exercising more posiitively. The diet is going so well, but I definitely feel weak from I guess halving my calorie intake - time to get off my butt!

I just bought a bunch of these flavored Uncle Ben's rice packs (200 a serving) + some tinned tuna and veggies. Mmm looking forwards to lunch for a change :)

This is all gold thanks! I really enjoyed my Subway salad but I dislike the amount of trash it produced (especially asking for separate dressing) We actually have a stove at work so the other day I tried to make prawns and brown rice, it was so bland though without any spices ! I had to laugh :)
